With over 20 years of experience in adult learning and leadership, Dick Hannah is a recognized leader in creating transformative learning experiences for a wide array of industries, including energy, education, construction, and non-profits. His expertise includes designing innovative e-learning platforms and eLearning systems to integrating cutting-edge virtual reality (VR) programs to enhance learner engagement and performance. A problem-solver at heart, Dick's career began in Special Operations as an Airborne Ranger, where he led teams through challenging missions and learned the value of creative and strategic thinking.

Dick Hannah is an adjunct at Texas A&M University, School of Public Heatlh, and has served as an adjunct at Kansas State University, College of Education supporting graduate-level students and their research in digital leadership and adult learning. Dick's contributions to academia and industry are reflected in numerous peer-reviewed publications, conference presentations and his role as a thought leader in workforce development and training innovation.
In his spare time, Dick enjoys watching movies and playing football with his teenage sons, balancing a busy professional life with quality family time.
