With over 20 years of experience in adult learning and leadership, Dick Hannah is a recognized leader in creating transformative learning experiences for a wide array of industries, including energy, education, construction, and non-profits. His expertise includes designing innovative e-learning platforms and eLearning systems to integrating cutting-edge virtual reality (VR) programs to enhance learner engagement and performance. A problem-solver at heart, Dick's career began in Special Operations as an Airborne Ranger, where he led teams through challenging missions and learned the value of creative and strategic thinking.​

Dick Hannah is an adjunct at Texas A&M University, School of Public Heatlh, and has served as an adjunct at Kansas State University, College of Education supporting graduate-level students and their research in digital leadership and adult learning. ​Dick's contributions to academia and industry are reflected in numerous peer-reviewed publications, conference presentations and his role as a thought leader in workforce development and training innovation.

In his spare time, Dick enjoys watching movies and playing football with his teenage sons, balancing a busy professional life with quality family time.
